Quality Standards and Certifications
All OVP Group lifting equipment and crane attachments comply with European safety regulations including the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the EN 14502 standard for lifting accessories. Our manufacturing facility operates under ISO 9001 quality management certification. Every product is supplied with full CE marking, declaration of conformity, instruction manual, and load test certification when applicable.
Engineering and Materials
Our crane equipment is engineered using S275JR / EN 10025 structural steel, with FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis applied to all custom and high-capacity designs. Standard finishes include powder-painting in RAL 7035 light grey; hot-dip galvanized coating is available on request for extended corrosion resistance in marine or chemical environments. Safe Working Load (SWL) ratings are validated through certified load testing before delivery, typically at 125% of nominal capacity in compliance with EN 14502.
After-Sales Service and Lead Times
Standard equipment ships from stock within 5-10 business days. Custom designs and special orders are produced to specification with lead times of 4-8 weeks depending on complexity. Spare parts for all OVP catalogue items are stocked at our Italian facility and shipped worldwide via DHL, UPS, or freight forwarders. Technical support and engineering consultation are included with every order.
