Standard Warranty Terms
During the 12-month warranty period, OVP Group will repair or replace any defective component at no charge, subject to the conditions below.

Warranty Coverage and Compliance
OVP Group provides a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty on all standard catalogue equipment, covering material defects and manufacturing faults. All products are CE-marked in compliance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and tested according to EN 14502 standards for lifting accessories. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001.
Load Testing and Certification
Every lifting product, before dispatch, undergoes a static load test at 125% of nominal Safe Working Load (SWL) capacity, as required by EN 14502. Test reports and declarations of conformity are supplied with each shipment. Materials used (S275JR / EN 10025 structural steel) are traceable and certified, with FEM analysis applied to custom designs.
After-Sales Support and Spare Parts
Genuine OVP spare parts are stocked at our manufacturing facility in Italy and shipped within 5-7 business days globally. Standard finishes include powder-painting in RAL 7035 or hot-dip galvanized coating for harsh environments. Technical assistance, installation support, and operator training are available on request.
